The sixth form at Chestnut Grove Academy is an open access school sixth form.  This means that we take students from both our own internal year 11 cohort and from other schools and colleges, provided that applicants meet the entry requirements for their chosen courses or specific pathway.

All entry requirements for courses at Level 2 and Level 3 are published in our ‘Sixth Form Course Guide:  2019 Entry’. You can find the details of the qualification type, level of entry, method of assessment, length of course and number of lessons per week along with information about the course structure, the skills acquired, suggested career pathways open after course completion and subjects which may complement the course.
