Parents/Carers are requested to phone the Attendance Officer (020 8772 2549) on the first day of absence and, if the absence is for more than one day, either phone again or send a note in when the student returns to school. A doctor's note is required after three days absence for medical reasons.

Morning registration is from 8.35am to 8.55am. Students arriving after 8.45am must receive a white slip, from the Attendance Officer, which should be given to their subject teacher.

Students who have missed morning registration and have a note from their parents or carers explaining the lateness should report directly to the Attendance Officer before going to class. Students who arrive after 10am with no parental explanation are considered as absent and are entered so on the school roll.
