CONSULTATION MEETING on the PROPOSED ELLIOTT TRUST

This meeting will provide Chestnut Grove parents with the opportunity to ask questions about how the proposed Trust will affect Chestnut Grove.
Katy Lindsay, Chair of Governors, and other Chestnut Grove staff will be present and we hope there will be a representative from Wandsworth Local Authority.

Chestnut Grove in the Top 10 schools in the country!
Staff and students are delighted to receive news from the DCSF that we are ranked 9th in the country for our CVA score. CVA is a measure of the progress that students make between the end of KS2 and KS4. This wonderful news demonstrates the fact that Chestnut Grove is committed to ensuring that all students receive the best possible education and as a result make exceptional progress, irrespective of their starting points. Chestnut Grove is providing students with an outstanding education underpinned by a challenging target setting process and a rigorous intervention programme. The ranking means that there are only 8 other schools in the country where students make more progress than they do in Chestnut Grove – an amazing achievement! Well done to all of the staff who worked tirelessly to make this happen, to students for their commitment and perseverance and to parents and carers for their invaluable support.
